Bnei Akiva- DAT Minyan Luncheon

All DAT families are invited to an informal, informative and inspirational Shabbat meal together with Bnei Akiva on Shabbat Parshat Tazria, April 5th. Tefillat Shacharit 9:00am at DAT followed by Kiddush (approx. 11:30am) and a cholent cook-off Shabbat lunch (approx. 12:30) with inspirational guest speaker, Yoni Sacks, Bnei Akiva shaliach from San Francisco (children’s programming for grades 3-8 will take place during the talk)
Cost: $15 for adults/$10 for kids 5-12/$50 family max.

DAT Parlor Meeting

Please show your support for DAT by attending the school’s annual parlor meeting on Wednesday, September 19th at 7:30 PM at Cablelands in Hilltop. Chairs for the evenings fundraiser are Varda and Steve Frank, Randy and Michael Weiss, and Marilyn and Moshe Levi. Donations of all sizes are greatly appreciated. Donate Your Car

If you are considering buying a new car, why not donate your old one to DAT for next years Sherut Leumi girls to use and receive a big mitzvah as well as a tax write-off for the cost of the car. If you have a car or know of someone who is willing to donate, please speak to Rabbi Alter.

Apartment Available

The Bnei Akiva apartment will be available for usage over the summer beginning mid-June. If you are interested or know someone who may be here over the summer, please speak to Rabbi Alter.

DAT Yom Ha’atzmaut Celebration

On Tuesday, April 24, 2007 we will be celebrating Yom Ha’atzmaut on the DAT campus. Opening Ceremony begins at 6:00 PM with a performance by DAT Students, directed by Rabbi Uriel & Ortal Malka. Dinner and dancing to follow at 6:45 PM. Either bring your own picnic dinner or order Israeli food from Moroccan Gourmet Cuisine. RSVP Doris Weber at 303.366.0411 or 303.295.3999 by Sunday, April 22. Please come look in the Lost and Found bin in the DAT foyer to find any missing articles of clothing. Any unclaimed items will be donated to charity by Friday, March 23.

DAT Chanukah Extravaganza
