While open dialog is encouraged, registered users of this blog are expected to act reasonably and maturely, with a basic level of decorum and consideration for others. The site posting guidelines are rooted in Torah principles of expected conduct. Anyone posting comments to this site is cautioned to do the following:
- Guard your tongue: avoid lashon hara and rechilus. We are not gossip-mongers and will not post hateful or derogatory comments, particularly regarding another person or group.
- Attempt to eliminate “sinas chinum” (”baseless hatred”) from our hearts.
- Strive towards loving our fellow as ourselves.
- Remember that this is a public site and that the content and tone of your comments reflect not only on yourself but on this organization.
Expressing dissenting opinions in an open dialog is welcome and can be very beneficial when done in a thoughtful, considerate manner.
