High Holidays 2019

A) Seating:

Please fill out the information for those who will be attending services for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. Tickets will be issued based on this information and will be required for entry. If you are a family or single member, you are entitled to a certain number of seats at no charge (one seat for a single member and two seats for family). However, you still must register for the seat(s). Specify the total number of seats that you need below. The price will be calculated automatically, including the complimentary member seats.

Please note that the prices listed are flat fees regardless of which days one plans to attend services (i.e., if one only plans to attend services on one day, the price structure remains the same).

Family Members: First 2 seats: no charge; Additional seats: $150 (adult), $75 (student)
Single Members: First seat: no charge; Additional seats: $150 (adult), $75 (student)
Young Professional Members: First seat: no charge; Additional seats: $150 (adult), $75 (student)
Assoc. Members: $150 (adult), $75 (student)
Non-members: $200 (adult), $100 (student)

Instructions for the seating grid:
1. After selecting the number of seats above, the corresponding seating lines display in the grid below.
2. To complete your seat registrations, enter the names in the grid.
3. Select the seating location (Men or Women).
4. Select the service(s) the individual will be attending (All High Holidays, Rosh Hashana Only, Yom Kippur Only).

B) DAT Minyan Children's Program:

Babysitting (4-36 months)
Children will attend age appropriate groups depending on development. Snacks will not be provided for infants, but will be available for toddlers. Napping is part of the program.

Children's Program (3 years - 6th grade)
High Holiday games, stories, creative activities, and student-oriented davening. A student shofar blowing experience will be provided. Snacks will be available to all participants. Parents are responsible for packing a Kosher Dairy lunch for each child. Younger students will also enjoy outdoor time (weather-permitting).

Session Times (subject to change)
Rosh Hashana: 9:30 am - 1:30 pm
Kol Nidrei: 6:10 pm - end of services
Yom Kippur Day: 9:30 am - 2:30 pm
Neilah: 5:45 pm - end of services

All five sessions: $100 per child
Individual sessions: $25 per session per child

Registration after September 21, 2019 is subject to a $10 late fee.

By selecting "I Agree", I hereby authorize the DAT Minyan staff to care for the child(ren) listed. I understand that I must remain on the premises while my child(ren) is/are enrolled in this program.

C) Yom Kippur Booklet:
