Pesach Minyanim 2021

Seating:

There is no childcare this year and we advise you to bring kids at your own discretion.  Each service that you will attend must be selected, and given the limited seating available, it is important that you attend every service that you select. Seats will be reserved based on this information, and only the registered names for each location will be admitted. Please specify the total number of seats that you need below.


Instructions for each seat reservation:

1. Enter the name of the individual attending one or more services
2. Enter the gender / minyan section for the individual
3. For each service that the individual is committing to attend, select the desired minyan location.  If the individual can not commit to attend a particular service, please leave unset to allow the seat to be filled by someone else.

Minyan for Chol Hamoed will be by signup on our regular sign up form HERE

I understand that the seats are very limited this year, and due to COVID-19 restrictions, by reserving my set of seats, I may be preventing others from attending while also causing the minyan to rely on my attendance.  Therefore, B”N, I promise and commit to attend every service for which I registered and to ensure that every seat I reserved will be filled by the named members for every service for which I registered.
By signing up to join one of the High Holiday minyanim run by DAT Minyan (DM), you and your family members (i) recognize that the coronavirus known as COVID-19 is highly contagious and attending a minyan poses risks of becoming infected with COVID-19; and (ii) hereby voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending a minyan run by DM and waive, covenant not to sue and release DM and its employees, officers, directors and members, and the owners of any property (“Property Owners”) on which a DM run minyan is held from liability for any and all claims and causes of action of any kind or nature arising from exposure to COVID-19 which are in any way related, directly or indirectly, to your presence at or participation in any minyan you may attend, including any claims or causes of action caused in whole or in part by the negligence of DM or any of its employees, officers, directors or members or Property Owners.
