Teen Programming at the DAT Minyan

Under the direction of Rabbi Michael Sunshine, DAT Minyan's Teen program has accelerated in recent years as our teen population has grown dramatically. Each Shabbat morning our teens come together for their own Kiddush and learning-based discussion group with Rabbi Sunshine - sometimes at the DAT Minyan, other times at local houses. The program is followed by a youth-run Teen Mussaf at the DAT Minyan.

Other Teen Programs

Rabbi Sunshine coordinates and leads regular teen Seudah Shelishit programs, learning groups, and a popular teen Tu B'Shevat Seder.

Other programs for teens in the Shul include:

Shabbat afternoon learning: Middle school girls study Nach with Dr. Rachel Rabinovitch, and high school boys learn Gemara with Dr. Nathan Rabinovitch. See the Weekly Newsletter for exact times of these classes.

BLT - Bagels, Learning, and Touchdowns, a Sunday morning program for teens and adult men. Following breakfast and a Shiur by Rabbi Klein, an intense game of football takes place between the teens and adults. See the Calendar for upcoming BLT events.

Matan Bat Mitzvah program for pre-Bat Mitzvah girls and their mothers.

A monthly Shabbat Mevorchim Seudah Shelishit for middle school girls.

Many of our teens participate in Denver's highly active B'nai Akiva program. Contact local Rakaz Dr. Steve Feldman for more information about B'nai Akiva of Denver.
